Who makes these items?
I design things like tees and stickers and work with manufacturers to produce them. This means I can offer things like fade and water resistance for stickers and a much more inclusive range of sizes for apparel. I'm one person with a small home workshop, so there's not really much room to keep stock physically on hand for items like clothing.
My displays are all handmade by me with naturally found items, preserved flora, and thrifted goods from various local shops. I also shop at a local reuse store that specializes in donated used or unneeded craft supplies to keep them out of landfills.
There's a problem with my order :(
No worries! Just send me a message through the contact form (in the left sidebar) and let me know what's up. I'll do everything I can to make it right for you!
How long until my order ships?
For apparel (tees, sweatshirts, etc), they're made to order and shipped out within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class with tracking (or your regional equivalent). Once shipped, it usually takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
For items like stationery and handcrafted displays, I ship them 1-2 days after purchase via USPS First Class and they should arrive within 2-4 days. I reuse as much clean packaging as I can for these orders (things like filler, boxes, bubble wrap to protect glass).
I'm outside the US, can I still purchase shirts?
Yes! Because I utilize Printify, the shirts are made in and shipped from their facilities which are closest to the region your address is located in (also less waiting than having to ship from the US).
I'm outside the US, why can't I buy stickers or displays?
Because honestly, VAT is confusing and I'm still learning how to register and handle it legally. I should have it figured out soon!
Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Because my items are handmade or made to order, I do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged I can issue a refund.
For things like shirts with garment defects or misprints, I can either issue a refund or have a replacement sent out (I'll just need a photo of the issue to show the manufacturer when I submit a claim for you).
